I didn't know David, but he was a friend of a friend. Our sympathy goes out to all of his family and friends.

I worked with David on many film progects throughout the years, and will miss his smile, energy, and knowlege. He was a talented indavidual and always made our long days on set enjoyable. I will miss you and keep your family in my prayers.

David was a warm and caring man with a heart as big as his spirit. I will treasure the times we spent talking about music, movies and sometimes nothing at all.
Goodbye David. Your memory will live in my heart forever.

David was a wonderful man and a gifted artist. Always "present" in any situation, willing to do whatever was required to make someone else's life easier. He passing leaves a hugh hole in our industry that will be with us for a long time. I miss you terribly my friend.

I met David on the set of his last movie - we talked and passed the time of day - he never complained about his condition or pain and his love for his family and "art"always came through. He always looked after the actors with so much care and attention to detail. My sincere condolences to you all. Julie Racoosin, Williamsburg, VA.

I had the pleasure of working with David recently, and he was an extremely kind, intelligent professional. Glad to have met him.

Bray and family. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. May God comfort you.
