David was a warm and caring man with a heart as big as his spirit. I will treasure the times we spent talking about music, movies and sometimes nothing at all.
Goodbye David. Your memory will live in my heart forever.

David was a wonderful man and a gifted artist. Always "present" in any situation, willing to do whatever was required to make someone else's life easier. He passing leaves a hugh hole in our industry that will be with us for a long time. I miss you terribly my friend.

I met David on the set of his last movie - we talked and passed the time of day - he never complained about his condition or pain and his love for his family and "art"always came through. He always looked after the actors with so much care and attention to detail. My sincere condolences to you all. Julie Racoosin, Williamsburg, VA.
