I just found out, today, about your dad's passing. He is a wonderful man and will be greatly missed in our community! I am so glad that my daughter, Maurina, had the opportunity to talk with Doc about the dental profession from his viewpoint and inspire her to become a dental surgeon. Be comforted.

I just learned of Dr. Hamlar's passing. Truly the end of an era. He & Mrs. Hamlar leave a great legacy in the lives of their children. I thank God for their roots in my life.

To the Hamlar family: I'm sorry to hear of your father's passing. He was a great man and I adored your mother. As a teenager I was your baby sitter when you lived on Miller ave and Franklin Park.
