He was a very down to earth man, His beautiful wife called me to tell of his passing....my heart was broken and she said to me that he really liked me as a friend and how he always enjoyed the laughter we shared....He will be sadly missed by all who knew him...my heartfelt prayers go out to his family and his friends Rest in Peace my friend....Rest in Peace....

So sorry for your lose, I grew up with Dave and Wayne. He will be missed.

David grew up one house from me and I hung around with his brother Wayne and he hung around with my brothers Tom & Rob. Fond memories of him as a young man and my deepest condolences to his family and friends.

Along with working with Dave at Allegheny County for over 21 years, he was a kind and true friend. I remember my wife and I were at his and Sandy's wedding. What a beautiful couple !! Take care "Cowboy" !!! Enjoy your eternal ride !!! May God bless you !!!
