Not sure what to say?

Dear Hibbert Family,
I'm sorry we didn't hear about this earlier to be there. Your husband and father was and will always be a great man. I will always remember him and Nichols wanting their "DP" and whomever might have been closest to the ice chest was the one in charge of tossing one to him. He was always involved with the kids especially the boys and their football/etc while Lori and I did Cub Scouts at their house. There was always a playful interaction with him, topped by a sense of...

Dear Lori & Family, Dave was a great infulence & inspiration to me, I'll miss Him, Love to all, Scott Simmons

Dearest Hibbert Family, I just found out about your loss. I know how much it hurts to lose someone you love so much, and I am so sorry. Your Family took me in when I was a troubled teenager now that I am 41 I can look back and think what a saint your Dad/Husband was to take in an eighth teen WOW what a guy!! I don't know many people that would be so kind. I remember David as being very stoic and I remember his cool study/office. I think his greatest accomplishment is what a wonderful...

I knew David through senior softball for about 5 years. I never met a person who was so easy-going, he never had anything bad to say about anyone. He was an outstanding person and a great softball player. We're sorry we couldn't attend the funeral, as we were out of state. Our thoughts are with his family.

Lorri, these pages of memories people have of Dave must be a great comfort. Sorry I was out of the country at the time of his passing and services; I wish I could have been there. Blessings and best wishes to you and your family. Love from Donna Dale

Thanks from the many you have served and dramtically influenced.

With love,

The Joel Smith family

Goodbye my dear friend and teammate. Please keep a place for me on the team that you are playing for now, God's team. It is a much better team now that you are there. I shall miss you, but will always cherish your friendship. You are a warrior......

Quite simply, he was the best uncle a girl could have. I love him -- and learned my "delightful" sarcasm from him.

Love,

Michelle

Dear Family,

I'm sorry to hear of Mr Hibbert's passing. You forgot to mention "teacher"; he was my art teacher in high school. I understand why you may have not included it, because he was a teacher for only a short time. Funny thing, kids never forget teachers who made an impression, and unfortunately teachers most often never know when or if that occurred, but it did with me. He had me work harder than I wanted to, and from that expectation, I got into an art school (with the...
