David and I went to L A in 1958 seeking fame and fortune, We slept in his car at a building site in Beverly Hills, living on bagels and water; sold Cory Cookware to young working girls in downtown LA, moved into a boarding house at the corner of Wilshire and Western. I found a job, Dave returned to Visalia and started dating my old girlfriend. I'm very sorry to hear of David's passing. I'm a 1st cousin of his from the Hutcheson family. David and our brother, Bill, were in the same grade. Prayers for you all.
