Not sure what to say?

I was literally telling my wife just this week that David Jacobs literally saved my life. He also mentored our son when he finished med school. David made a positive impact on countless lives and he will always be remembered fondly.

Dr. Jacobs was an excellent physician with an extraordinary diagnostic acuity. He truly cared for his patients and was always looking for ways to improve one´s health. I always looked forward to my visits and truly miss him. A true gem he was.

I thought it was very strange that I have been thinking of Dr Jacobs and his family lately. But when I opened legacy.com to see how many years it has been since his passing, I see that I am not alone in thinking about him all these years later. Reading through the many tributes to David I see why he left such a tremendous impression on me. He was extraordinarily kind, caring, and devoted to his family and his profession. No one who knew him could ever forget him.

My husband and I were patients and just reminiscing about Dr. Jacobs. He was an extraordinary doc and changed my life when he figured out my years of sinus issues were from a raft of allergies.

I still think of Dr. Jacobs often and miss his care. There will never be another like him for me. I credit him with my two children. He had a hunch and got me diagnosed with a genetic predisposition for clotting that had resulted in 3 miscarriages. I had my first baby at age 40 and second at age 42. I think he wanted tme to share in the joys of family life he knew. I hope Charlotte, Aviva, Ilana and Ben are well. They are lucky to have had him as a husband and father.

Dr. Jacobs cared for me for the 16 years i lived in DC ... he truly made you feel like no other doctor I have ever seen...since leaving DC in 2002 no doctor I have seen as ever come close to the caring person he was ...may he rest in peace...

Missing Dr Jacob's dedication and genuine care for his patients. He was one of a kind.

Dr Jacobs will forever remain in our memory. He was the most caring doctor I ever met. He was dedicated to the well being of his patients!

Jacobs Family, I thank you for sharing Doctor J with me. I have yet to find a competent doctor and friend. Doctor J was a teacher of his field. His wisdom was shared in every visit and him time was never hurried. He is remembered in many ways and sayings. #selah
