Not sure what to say?

Dave was so kind to me last October when I was a patient at CMC. I can't believe this, he was so encouraging and caring, what a terrible loss. You are in my prayers.

We wanted to say a heart felt "Thank You" to all of my brother Dave's extended family, friends and fellow workers. Your out pouring of love and memories of Dave have blessed us richly during this deep loss for our family.
We pray God's deepest comfort to you all.
Dwight and Joan Jacobsen, and family

My family and I are so very sad for your loss and the loss of a very excellent health care provider. "Dr. Dave" as he was known to our family was always there for us when my grandmother, my mother, my aunts and uncles, etc... all needed him, whether it was for health reasons or support. He helped us all through the very difficult times we faced, especially when my grandmother spent so much of her life in CMC..."Dr. Dave" was always there to brighten the room for her, and I thank him so much...

Rachel, and boys I am sorry for your loss, Dave was a good man. I can remember the days when Daniel and Richie played baseball together, Dave always had a smile on his face especially whenever Daniel was playing. He will be in your hearts and thoughts always.

Lacey, Andrew & family of Dave's, I had the great priviledge of working for a short time with this wonderful man, my heart goes out to all of you for your loss.I am so sad for you right now. Love you girl

Dear Rachel,
Words can not express how you must feel. My shock at hearing this makes my heart ache for you and your sons. I will keep you in prayer dear friend. There are many things in this world that just can not be explained and this is certainly one of them......
much love, Robin

Dear Rachel, Andrew, Daniel and families,
