My family and I are so very sad for your loss and the loss of a very excellent health care provider. "Dr. Dave" as he was known to our family was always there for us when my grandmother, my mother, my aunts and uncles, etc... all needed him, whether it was for health reasons or support. He helped us all through the very difficult times we faced, especially when my grandmother spent so much of her life in CMC..."Dr. Dave" was always there to brighten the room for her, and I thank him so much for everything he did for our family. He is such a wonderful person and God truly does take the best from us all. My family and I send our prayers to you and your family at this time. Please know he is in a good place, and my grandmother is right there with him making sure he is ok. She truly loved "Dr. Dave" God Bless You and Your Family.

Even though we haven't seen each as often in the past few years, I will so miss knowing he's there. Whenever I visited CMC and ran into him, we'd reminisce about old times. He'd kid me about talking to my picture, and I'd call him my "Dennis the Menace Gone Good" A great guy who will be missed by all of us who were lucky enough to call him friend.

Rachel, Andy and Danny, Where do I start. I was devistated when Rodney called me with the news. I have so fond memories and we shared so many good times. My favorite memory is when Randy Sterling was working the switchboard and IPD. David called and was talking about his dog stuck in the tree in a little old ladies voice. I remember him saying that Randy was banging the phone on the desk because this little old lady would not stop talking. He will forever be in my heart. Susie (Besemer) Kaulen
