Not sure what to say?

Beloved Dr Kleinberg may have saved my life. Three doctors before him had seen me and dismissed my symptoms. When he saw me, one look, a quick visit and he ordered a biopsy. When he was told 3 months, he wouldn´t accept that saying, "this is urgent, see what you can do for this week" in the calmest voice not to scare me. In our fond memory of you, your contributions to pituitary science and the Pituitary Society, fondly remembered

Fondly remembered for his science, first fun, and personality.

Dear David We miss you dearly. Your legacy continues to drive the growth, strength and stature of the Pituitary Society which would not be where it is without you. We are indebted to your enormous contribution to our field and our community. You have shown that the enjoyment of life and of the fruits of pituitary research are inseparable.

Dear David, we are missing you in every pituitary meeting !... The only solace for our loss is knowing that seclusion during the pandemic would be intolerable for you ! Rest in peace, my good friend

Dr Kleinberg treated my wife for thyroid cancer. He was one of the kindest and most caring doctors we ever met. He even offered to drive us to the train station one evening after treating my wife.So sorry to hear of the passing of this truly wonderful man and outstanding doctor. May God bless him.

David, dear colleague and friend, I miss you in all things we joined together: Pituitary science, opera, good restaurants and nice places. I can only say a unique word in Portuguese, roughly comparable to longing: “SAUDADES”!

David was a wonderful intelligent fun loving and sybaritic gentleman who contributed generously to life ,the pituitary society and endocrinology . He won’t be forgotten !

David, we continue to miss you dearly - friendship, intellect, humor, wit and fine taste. You will be happy with what the Pituitary Society has continued to do in the direction you set. Ken
