I call him magaiver, because there was no question I have about maintenance that he could not work me through. I learnt a lot from him, even when he moved to Wisconsin he still help me out about key cutting. I will miss him. Rest in peace.

Dave was my best friend we worked together at the Michigan City housing authority we spend numerous hours together working camping and vacationing together, Dave was a great person. He helped me build my first home and he was an answer to my prayer at the Housing Authority. I´m gonna miss my buddy dearly. He was a great guy.
