Not sure what to say?

I met Dave when he came to Alexandria Louisiana as the Human Resources Manager. I respected Dave very much as H/R Manager and as a very wise man. I will truly miss Dave. Much prayers to the entire family for your loss. But also a loss to the UTLX family.
Blessings

I started with Union Tank Car in the Chicago IL office around the time Dave hired out at the Marion OH shop (1982). Working on Human Resource issues, Dave and I quickly became long distance friends...talking about our joint interests in cars, railroads, etc. Dave had a witty personality, was extremely hard working and very good at what he did (he was dependable and efficient). I feel honored to have known Dave, and my prayers go out to his family. God Bless. Tom Biscan

Steve, Bruse, and Matt... We've known each other almost all of our entire lives, and it deeply saddens me to learn of Davis' passing. If there's ANYTHING I can do for you, all you need do is ask. I...

I also worked with Dave at Union Tank Car, Dave had a very witty sense of humor and a great laugh. Your family are in my prayers.

Mitch Saxby and family

I had the opportunity to work with Dave at Union Tank Car and found him to be a good teacher and a even better friend. He will be missed, and my condolences go out to his family..

Steve, Bruce, and Matt: So sorry to hear of Dave's passing. I can't ever remember not knowing Dave and your entire family. Many fun times spent with all of you with the Circle M Horsemen club of our parents and in the Rough Riders 4-H Club. I remember one time at your house when Dave scolded Matthew for riding Eato, your giant German Shepherd, around inside the house. Good memories, great family, huge loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

What a sad loss for the Lawrence family. Our deepest sympathy to you all.Our thoughts and our prayers are with you at this sad time in your life.
