A good friend of mine I will always remember. Praying for the family. David had a positive message for everyone he met and his family I know is proud of his accomplishments but sad he physically is not here. I know he was proud of his family and well thought of and remembered by his friends.

Well I am just learning about this going home of a great man who was always a pleasure to talk to. We talked cars in the 1970s. David always had his stuff together. He was always motivational without trying. I was dealing with my Dad's passing earlier this year and I just all of a sudden today thought "I haven't heard from David". So I called 11 pm to talk to him and I learned today that this gentleman won his case and received his wings. This is from Curtis Washington.

I heard about David's passing on Sunday, April 17th. I am very sad that I was unable to attend his homegoing because I had no knowledge of his passing. He was an absolutely lovely man who I had not seen in many years but who was always kind to and considerate of all. The family has my prayers during this time of loss. May God embrace you with divine love.

I was saddened to hear of Mr. Lett's passing. Mr. Lett was truly a gentleman with a kind soul and beautiful spirit. I was fortunate enough to know him through his work. I always think of him as one of the most humble people I have been blessed to meet. My condolences to his family during this time. He will be missed immensely in the legal community.
