Not sure what to say?

David and Liz came to Greenwich, CT many summers and we had some lovely afternoons and evenings together. Though we first met on a business basis all quickly blossomed into a personal friendship. How I miss that funny person with his quips and his storehouse of information. You are thought of often, David, and when Liz and I have lunch there is so much reminiscing. It is unquestioned that you were a person that was loved and respected by everyone.

David was a wonderful person whose gentility and intellect spanned several cultures and continents. His departure is a heartfelt loss to the many people whose lives he briefly touched - outside of his extended family.

At times like these, finding the right words is not easy. Some people are larger than life and David was one of them. We have such wonderful memories of him filled with fun and laughs that we will miss him always. Memories like these keep him alive.

Though we are miles apart, we want you to know that we are thinking of you in sorrow and sympathy. We’ll remember David in our prayers.

I was so sorry to hear of your loss. The thoughts of many are with you at this time of sorrow.
