Not sure what to say?

Pat and Justin, I'm sorry to hear of David's passing. May your memories be a blessing and enable you to hold him close. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Pat and Justin, I am deeply saddened to hear that David has passed. I always thought that he would just live on and on like a strong oak tree. I remember so vividly his sitting just behind me at a Joan Baez concert years ago ( you were there too, Pat), and I can still hear him softly, blissfully singing along with her. He truly loved music and adored his family. You were both his greatest treasures in life (although arguably he cherished his companionable guitars as well!) To all who...

I worked as a teacher at St. Paul's School for 34 years and remember David well. He was always most helpful whenever I had to use the library, even after I retired. I was unaware of his language skills as my daughter, Rebecca - SPS '91, also learned Arabic at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey. She's now a Major in the Army National Guard and heads a unit of linguists. I'm so sorry for your loss and offer my deepest condolences to your family.

He was a wonderful guy!

Dear Patricia and all of you related to and loved ones of David, My husband Colin and I lived at St. Paul's School for close to forty years. So many times we interacted with David and were blessed by his humble warmth and kindness. We are so sorry for your loss. We will cherish our memories of your David, and we send you our deepest sympathy and our very best wishes, Toni and Colin Callahan

This news makes me incredibly sad. I worked for years with David at St. Paul´s. He was a kind and thoughtful person, and was so good at his job. He helped me many times on research projects, and I always appreciated his quick replies and willingness to help. He made everyone´s job easier and was so pleasant to work with. Sending love to his family and friends. I am thinking of you.

Dear Patricia, thinking of you and sending love and strength your way. Sandra Michelon
