Not sure what to say?

Dear David and Lance:

My mom mentioned that she saw a notice a while ago. My deepest condolences to you and your families. I have many fond memories of both your mother and father. They were excellent parents. I remember them driving us to different activities and Scouting functions. Your father was tough and could be so funny. He was an excellent role model. I am now an Assistant Scoutmaster for both my boys' troop. I am grateful for all the lives that they touched including...

Dear David and Lance,

We are so sorry for your loss. I'd like to think that your father, John Pursley, and Mike are going on some great camping trips. David was a true inspiration and role model for dozens of Scouts.

With love,
Jean; Michael, Rochelle, and Vladimir;and Nicholas Ivanitsky

Hi David Jr.,
I realy am sorry to hear about you dad's passing. I really admired your father and will never forget the impact he had on my life. You are in my thoughts along with your family.

David and Lance,
I regret the last time I had contact with both of you was under similar circumstances. I do not remember your father as well as I do your mother, but my memories are of a kind man. My deepest sympathy for you and your family.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well-lived. I will always remember the fun times and stories Dave and I and the other dads of Troop 290 shared around campfires at "No-Sierra" and Kirby Cove. Dave was a great Scoutmaster!

You are in my thoughts and prayers.

A wonderful person that we have many fond memories of and whom we will miss seeing. Our deepest sympathies to the family, Michael and Marilyn Shea
