I feel like a kindred spirit writing this.
When I first met Dave & Doris, Dave treated my like a long lost friend(which since we knew a lot of the same people we were (Dave tell Bill Mick and Dave Lafrenz I said hi)). Doris you welcomed me as a friend and then most of the time (haha) let me believe that i was part of your family.
All of us in your family and in many others lost a very good friend on Saturday...

Dad..tonight I'm finding it hard to go to sleep. Knowing tomorrow we have to say our final goodbye to a man that touched the hearts of so many. I feel blessed and proud that you are my Dad! I will never forget all of our memories! May you RIP until we meet again Dad....I LOVE YOU!!!
