Read MoreI´ll miss seeing my neighbor, Dave walking his and Pat´s dog Josie and driving by with her hanging out the window while she sat in his lap. He was a kind and friendly neighbor who gave gentle advice and enjoyed talking about "man stuff" with my husband. Our deep condolences go out to his kind and beautiful wife, Pat and their family.

Dave was my next door neighbor. We had many chats about goings on in the neighborhood and he was always helpful giving me good advice on projects that I had going on. Dave always had a ready smile that was a very welcome sight. I will surely miss you, David.
