My heart is deeply saddened whenever I hear of young, black men dying tragically at the hand of another. I am particularly saddened when it hits home. Many times, questions go unanswered as to the "who" and "why" and we wait, sometimes, for years for justice. My prayer is that the individual voluntarily turns himself in.
