Rest In Peace David. You were always a pleasure to work with, well respected and had a fun sense of humor. I don't feel working in a cardiac Cath lab is healthy for ANYBODY. Too many gone too soon. Please hug CA for all of us when you run into him. I'm sure you are a beautiful Angel too. God Bless your family.

We are so very sorry for your loss I graduated with Dave from Heyworth High and was able to see him and meet you Julie, at Patti's in May 2017 , our mini reunion. He had a true love of life and adventure . Our prayers are with you Julie, Patti and your family
