Not sure what to say?

I couldn't believe it when I heard that Dave was no longer with us, my heart hurt when I heard this. Dave was my first guitar teacher and he was amazing. I remember when he taught me how to play Landslide, Wonderwall, Indigo girls songs, so many beautiful memories of the times we spent together and when he would play, I was in awe. Dave had a heart of gold, he was truly a kind and special man who is missed by all. Sorry we lost touch but more than that I'm so sad that you are no longer...

Miss You Dave Rest in Peace

Merry Christmas Dave

Hey Dave, we had some really really good times on stage with Vendetta. Our version, for those couple of years we had it, was You, Goodfriend (RIP), John Franks and me. Those were a couple really memorable years in my life playing with that combo. From Key West gigs to fly-outs in Indiana with The Rascals and everywhere in between. That was cool! And You made it happen. We all appreciated the love you showed playing your instruments, working in the business and for us. You were a true talent...

I only played with Dave twice at Mr. Laugh's in Davie, but we had mucho fun, and in the final analysis, that's all that counts. RIP buddy.

Really sorry and sad to hear about this. Haven't seen Dave in a while but always a friendly face and a good guy and a great player. Rest in Peace

I was very close to daves entire family especially his mom Carolyne and was there when dave was about 15 years old first took up an interest in playing the guitar. he taught himself and was very talented. it has been about 31 years since i have seen him and i feel i have lost out on seeing him grow up and becomming a fine musician and great young man. im shocked and there are no words but im very sad even more so especially after loosing his mom also.love ya Dave

Very sad. I used to go see Dave play every Thursday (in the early'90) at Club Beirut. He was playing with the Dashboard Saints. Great guy and a Great player too. Will be missed.

I knew Dave from friends in North Miami and places like Pieces of Eight. Ran across him again at The Button South. Great player, super guy and hard worker. One time he was in 3 different band all playing the Button at the same time. Dave was a great musician and hard working dude. Always cool when I ran into him. Rock on dude and tell Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Ray I said hi.

Dave will definitely be missed.
