Not sure what to say?

I remember Dave from when he went to EWU and threw the shot. He was always helping people with their form. He would always say " I know something about this I was all American in high school. What a great guy.

I miss David, even more now as football season starts...he loved football....friends and class mates from second grade...till forever

Dave and I met at Texas International in 1980, and like so many others of you here experienced, we became great friends from the very beginning. Spending time with Dave was always a gut-busting comedic adventure with a guy who just seemed to go through life like a fire engine. He could find humor everywhere, and his ability to do an impromptu standup routine about virtually anything was incredible. At a restaurant Dave could have everyone laughing up their food, including people at...

I've thought about Dave many times over the years & tried to find him a few times, but only found websites with info on his acting career. I worked with Dave at Continental Airlines when he was Flight Kitchen Manager & I was In-Flight Supervisor, before he left for LA & his acting career. Unexpectedly, saw him on TV or movies and in credits, which made me smile & remember him.

Dave ALWAYS had a smile, a quip & great attitude and it was infectious! Today, I thought about Dave...

I miss him a great deal...and think about him everyday...miss seeing him make people laugh Love rego

Thinking of Dave Powledge, friend, godfather to my kids and would-be brother-in-law. He would have been 71 today, but sadly passed away last month.

Dave left a good job in the airlines to move to Hollywood and try his hand at acting. A former All-American in the shot-put, Dave put his physicality to work at the Universal Studios Wild West Stunt Show.

Someone noticed his resemblance to John Goodman, and thus began many years as a stunt double (Always, Arachnophobia,...

Dave was a former patient and a sweet, funny, thoughtful friend to many. He will be truly missed! He was a kindhearted individual who never met a stranger...

In the scrapbook of my memory, you will always have a special place Honey Child.
I miss you and your ability to make the world a better place with your generous heart and humor.

Miss you XOXO

I miss you my Bubba-Dave saying my "sweet Darling"...and "Sherry Baby" always so sweet to me. I miss you I listen to your voice saying "Sherry Darling on my voice mail"....love you Bubba/Dave, I know you will watch over all of us. Miss you making me Laugh and here.
