Not sure what to say?

Our condolenses to Judy and family. Dave was a long time friend and attorney for our family. I met Dave in l975 when I joined the Wauwatosa Kiwanis Club and was proud to say he was our attorney when I purchased a home and condo. The real estate agent said that he was excited that Dave would be at the closing because he had always wanted to meet Dave in person. Dave will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

I only got to talk to David in the last year of his life. I found what a warm and kind personality he had. May God bless your family in this time of sorrow. Sincerely, your cousin Victoria Pena and Family. Harlingen, Texas

You will sincerely be missed. I know I promised to visit soon but due to illness I didn't make Sincerely your cousin Lidia and Victor Delafuente (Sandoval Mother Maria Sayas) San Antonio Tx Lafbtx

Our thoughts and Prayers are with the Sayas Family, God Bless behalf of the Sandoval sisters Linda & Lidia

I got more out of talking to Dave for 5 minutes than I did out of talking to another attorney for an hour and a half. His insight and candor will be missed.

So sorry to hear of Dave's passing - Dave was a well respected member of the real estate industry and will truly be missed. He had a wealth of knowledge - and was always upbeat. All who were lucky enough to experience Dave's mentoring will always remember his famous answer to many situations - "maybe" - he always made us laugh and that is a true gift.

Our thoughts and prayers to the Sayas family. It was our priviledge to have known Dave. He was a wonderful and well-respected member of the real estate community. He will be remembered for his wealth of knowledge, humor and always having the "right" answer to a difficult question. He will be deeply missed!

We used Dave on one of his first cases. That was in 1971. He won. After that I met him again in 1977 in Real Estate. Truly a great man, a Godly man. God Bless you Dave, Don & Shirley Saringer, Appleton, Wi.

Dave was a true real estate professional. His classes were always entertaining and informational. Even being in the business for many years, I always came away with new and valuable information. He was a great supporter of Women’s Council of REALTORS® and will be truly missed.
