Dave was a member of the Class of 1955 at Moses Brown School. As a classmate he was one of the best. He was the basketball manager, and could often be seen carrying a bag of basketballs as I entered the gym to take laps in the swimming pool. He will be missed by all of us. The 50's shaped our lives, and I was honored to be one of his many friends at the school.

Dear Ginnie, Steve and family,
Having Dave as our Bear Island next door neighbor and long-time loyal friend was a source of much happiness and many good memories for me and my family. When I needed help, Dave and you were always there to offer it and I will dearly miss this good island neighbor and friend. I'm sorry that my work in Germany precludes my being there to celebrate Dave's life but I will celebrate in my mind and thoughts the unique life of a good man, fellow Army officer, and fellow lover of Bear island and Lake Winnipesaukee. May Dave and you, Ginnie, Steve and family, always be safely held in the "Smile of the Great Spirit."

Karin and I send our heartfelt sympathy to you.

Dave-
We had quite a few good years together. I really regret I didn't stay in touch. I know many others will also be very sad that you left us but we can hope that we'll all met again soon. Stan
