Dottie, I was so sorry to hear the sad news about David. He was a leader for not only the Broken Sound community, but also the entire city. He was also an important personal mentor. We who are involved in local government will not forget him, and he will be greatly missed.

David was my boss, my mentor and my friend. A kinder or more patient person is hard to imagine. Please accept our prayers and sympathy for your loss.
