Naomi & Dave - June 2016

RIP Dave, you will be so missed especially by Naomi and Ginny. You were always quite a character and always put a smile on our faces. Give my boys a hug from us x

my mother, verna would take me down in the summertime when i was a kid when she worked at hall's store. uncle dave took me fishing at the hatchery and other places. he taught me how to catch fish in places that other people thought there wasn't any. he taught me alot about the outdoors. i wish i could have seen him before he passed. say hi to my mom verna, my aunt mary, and pappy steve. you will be missed !!!!!!!!

Good times Cousin, my children got to know you well. Lots of Horseshoes! God Bless you and May You Rest In Peace!

Lots of loving memories of my favorite uncle....rest peacefully, until we meet again!

Although I hadn't seen you in many years, I have thought of you often. I remember running past that creepy old barn to get to the porch when Grammy Verna or Pappy McCloskey would bring me and Jimmy with them to visit you. I remember you letting me pick blueberries off of your bushes up the hill. You are the reason I like Fig Newtons. I hope you are in Heaven surrounded by everyone and watching a ballgame with Pappy. I love you.

Forever in my heart!

Denny and Uncle Davey

The trips to see Uncle Davey and Pap with my Mom, Mary, were always joyous and happy memories of my childhood! I can still picture Davey in his spot sitting next to the iron stove in the kitchen! I fondly recall the trips in his Jeep going deep into the surrounding forest! We would drive around, he educating me to the wonders of nature and me soaking it all in as the kid from "the big city"! All these memories I will forever cherish! RIP Uncle Davey!

He was a great Uncle. I will remember always running over the tracks to pick berries & hide in the cellar in the hill. He never ceased to make me laugh. I remember the old piano, the grand old radio and swinging on the porch swing. He will definitely be missed & loved always. An Angel got his wings the day he went home to Heaven. R.I.P.
