Not sure what to say?

Susan, Colby and I got together for the first time in 35+ years last week and talked about you and David. So, I just googled you and found out this very sad news. Are you in CA? I am at the same address since the last time we visited. I'd love to hear from you. I'm so sorry- I have such warm memories of David. Much love, Christina Petersen

Dear Susan, I just found this while trying to locate David for his advice on a young man in trouble in the Berkshires. My heart sank. I really loved David, his joyful nature, honesty, convictions. He came into our kitchen with a tray of bluefish and a smile like a Cape Cod sun, and I felt such happiness. We shared deep experiences in our shared graduate years and I will always be grateful to him. Much love to you.' Barbara

Susan, I am so sorry that I just learned of David's passing today, January 3, 2017! He was such a wonderful person. I missed him when he left the Berkshires. He was such a sweetheart to take Misty the Wheelman to help out my very sad client. Our deepest condolences. Sue Lyman and Larry Lane

My sincere condolences for your loss.

Susan,

It saddened me deeply to hear of David's passing. I have lots of fond memories of good times and good friends with him. But most of all, I remember David as a principled man with enormous intellect and a sensitive soul who could always make me laugh with his quick, incisive wit. My thoughts are with you. lynne

So sorry, Susan. David was a wonderful guy.

It saddens me greatly to learn of David's death. His gigantic stature stood in startling contrast to his ballet-like grace when skiing in powder snow. My sincere condolences go out to Susan.

May the beautiful memories of your loved one provide solace and strength during this difficult time. And may you find comfort in God's promise of life without end in Paradise.

So sorry to hear about Dave - I went to St Anselms Grammar school and Marin Catholic with him. I have fond memories of him. God bless your family! Sincerely, Sandie Lucas Piro
