Dear Susan, I just found this while trying to locate David for his advice on a young man in trouble in the Berkshires. My heart sank. I really loved David, his joyful nature, honesty, convictions. He came into our kitchen with a tray of bluefish and a smile like a Cape Cod sun, and I felt such happiness.
