David Scott Smith passed away at home surrounded by his loving family Feb. 16, 2001, after a long fight with cancer. He was born Dec. 31, 1953, son of Emerson Lee Smith and Virginia Moffat Smith. He was a resident of Apple Valley for the last five years. He was a 1977 graduate of the University...
