Dear Stein Family,

My sincerest condolences to you on the loss of David. I am a teacher at Central School and had the pleasure of getting to know David when he participated in Science Olympiad. He worked hard, had a wonderful sense of humor, and a great personality. May you find comfort in the many beautiful memories you have had with him. My prayers are with you.

My deepest condolences go with you at this time. I was David's English teacher in 10th and 12th grade and will always remember him as a brilliant thinker, a fearless individual and a good, and decent soul. His college essay was so beautiful, I remember it to this day; it was a marriage of the joy and intellectualism that David brought to all his pursuits. All my prayers are with you at this time.

Dear Stein Family, I was one of David's teachers at Parkside. I will remember his bright eyes and smile! I was lucky enough to see him again a few years ago when he came to pick up one of his cousins. I was so proud of him! You are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time! Noel Sucherman

To the Stein Family: I didn't have the pleasure of knowing your son while he was here at Central School, but I'm saddened for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Please accept my deepest condolences.

Dear Stein Family,
I was truly sad to hear about David's passing. I remember him fondly as a two year old, big grin, glasses slipping down his face and hands clapping! He stands out as a favorite child from my early days at Parkside Children Services. I was also fortunate to have his sister Rachel for a brief time as well as his cousins Abby and Hannah. Fondly Sue Laschinski-Vastis

To the entire Stein Family: My deepest condolences on the death of your beloved son, David. I mourn his loss and pray that you find comfort. Please know that I, along with other teachers from Central School in Glencoe, deeply feel your bereavement.

To the Stein family - please have all my condolences. Though I knew David briefly as his housemate, he was a great guy to have around and I had many wonderful conversations with him.

Dear Carol, Seth and Rachel..
It was only tonight I heard of the sad news of David. We are sorry for your loss and can only hope God will help you through this difficult time.
You are all truly in our thoughts. The Segvich family
