Not sure what to say?

Though it has been many years, you are not forgotten. I knew you through your wonderful German Shepherd Dog, Baloo. You were always kind and cheerful when you would bring him to see us. Prayers for your family continue, especially during the holidays. And many times, when I have struggled, I have thought of your words, "Never quit on the uphill." Thank you for your inspiration, service, and ultimate sacrifice.

I found this interview of you about your combat experience in Panama.

Your sacrifice is not forgotten.

CPT David Taylor was my company commander at Fort Benning. I think about the times I was one of his platoon leaders every Memorial Day. Gone but never forgotten.

As one of the first people to see infant Davey in August 1969 when we lived next door on Carter St., Ft. Hood, I feel a great loss as I know you do, Kay. No parent should outlive their child. My prayers are with you.

It has been a number of years, but I wanted to say that your memory is not fading at all. It was a privlidge to serve with you. ...Sergeant First Class Wayne Ashby

To the family and friends of Maj. David G. Taylor:
Please accept my remembrance of David on the anniversary of his passing and know that he will never be forgotten.

It's amazing how small the world is and how people are touched by others. I knew David, as Cpt Taylor (I was one of his platoon sergeants in Kosovo). I did not know of his passing until now. I am glad he had a wife and son to love, I know he loved his parents and had a passion for helping others (helped him pass toys and favors to many kids in Kosovo). God bless his memory and his family ...
