David was my second cousin, his grandfather and my father were brothers, and although our meetings were few and far between, I thought him a very thoughtful man. My condolences to his family.

The loss of a true friend is very difficult for me. Knowing Dave in Viet Nam, in 60's California, and lately as we both became old men, I felt that he never changed. He stayed in touch and he loved to talk. I hope and pray that some measure of peace can be yours and all three of you can find comfort.
