I cant believe its been a year. I think of you often, Dave. I use your Dav-isms all the time. You were a great boss and mentor and even though we didnt see much of each other in recent years, you made me a better HR professional and I miss you immensely.

My heart is so broken to hear of Dave's passing! He was an amazing boss, leader, mentor, friend and all around remarkable man.
