RIP Dave , gone but not forgotten

Sorry to hear about Daves passing. He was a good friend of mine as a kid at St. Cecilia's.

To the Torpey family, my deepest condolences in the passing of your brother, Dave. I met him in the Grand Union, around 1974. He had the best smile and as so many others have said, he cared so much for others. I remember how important policing was to him. Rest in peace, my friend.

I remember Dave from the first day we met in SCHS. He would do anything to help anyone in need. He was a true gentleman and gentle soul. Although his time has ended on earth I know he will never be forgotten. Rest well my friend!

To the Torpey family, I had the pleasure of Dave's friendship for nearly 40 years,dating back to his H.S. days.We meet through a mutual friend Wally. We had so many great memories but the one that stands out was our 1977 camping trip to the National Parks in the Rocky Mts.As many have already said Dave was a very religious man, had a kind soul and would do anything he could for you,He loved his Police work and took it very seriously. Dave will be missed as all Good people are !! Until We meet...

Our family is truly saddened by David's passing. We hope that he is finally at peace with the Lord. Go with God, Dave. Love, Mark and Joanne

To the Torpey family. I worked with Dave and he truly was a compassionate deeply religious person who cared about others. May the Lord grant you peace until you all meet again.

TO David's family iam sorry to hear of Dave's passing we worked together foe many years he was a good guy and Police Officer.May he rest in peace.
