David you were my heart and soul. You were the world to me. Even when you were angry with me all I wanted was to try and find a way for us to make up. How can I tell you how much you will be missed by me? I was always there for you from the beginning even if you did not know it. I will never forget you kicking as you grew in my stomach. I will never forget how you latched on to my breast when the nurse asked if she could bring you to me because you would not take a bottle or pacifier. I...

I worked with David on several occasions during my 2O+ years at ASH. He was always professional; kind; supportive and helpful. I taught him things, he taught me things. He was always interested in learning new procedures. He explained things in an easy going way that made it easy to understand. He was missed when he moved. He´ll be forever missed now that he is never coming back. Hope you are at peace David.
