Not sure what to say?

Growing up next door to David I have so many fond memories. I am especially grateful to David for all the hard work he did for the coastal environment and his beloved beaches. David was quite a force in protecting and improving this important part of the ecosystem.

You were the best professor I had at SUNY and I am eternally grateful to you for finding some Department petty cash to help pay my expenses to the 1988 NYSCATE Conference. JON AND MICHELE

I had not been in contact with David for a long time, but when were on the Albany faculty together, he was always most welcoming and friendly. He was a fine teacher and good department chair.
