Dearest Laurie:
Melissa shared your news with me this morning. Friend, we've been apart for too long. With tears in my eyes I'm thrilled to read about the wonderful man you called husband, and devastated at your loss. I have been and will continue to pray for you and your 3 kids, that the grace and hope of the Lord will sustain you.

He wasn't ever my teacher but he will be missed. I loved him! Always wished that I would've had him for a teacher. He was the best. My prayers go out to his family.
