Not sure what to say?

Yeah I remember when mr. Dave took me over past Yellow Springs to where he like to shoot his bow and arrows. Of course I was being bad and he had to yell at me... LOL. Typical back then. But he really was always very kind to me and I appreciated that.

So sorry to see that Dave passed. My sincere sympathy to you Wilma, Debbie, Sharon and Alex.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Wilma and family, I was so sorry to read about your husband's passing. May it give you and your loved ones comfort to know he is at peace. God bless the family.

Our condolences go to you and your family. I didn't know David but I knew his father, a very nice man. My father, John, and David were first cousins. My father also died of cancer when he was 73. My husband went to school with David and knew him as a nice person. Sorry for your loss. Joanne and Tommy Wetherell, Salisbury, NC

Ms. Wilma, Debbie, Sharon and Alex...my thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. Mr. Dave was a wonderful man. I am fortunate that I was able to call him my neighbor for so many years. Heaven has gained another Angel. He will truly be missed by all.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. Mr. Dave was a good man. He will be missed by many.

Like Karl Newell, David was my first best friend and next door neighbor in Gaithersburg. Most of my childhood memories are of adventures with David. Although we lived many miles apart and did not see each other in later life, I will miss knowing he is there My thoughts are with Wilma and family.

Woodfield family, I am very sorry to hear of this lost. May the promise of a paradise earth without sin, sickness, and death bring you much comfort at this time.
