Dr. David M. Yakacki

I pass by Dr Yakacki's old office every day now with my new job, and I remember so fondly how much care he always provided my brother and I as children; he eventually told me to find a family physician at age 22 :). He was always so kind and caring. I know we're coming up on 16 years, but your legacy has lasted with those of us fortunate enough to have been cared for by you.

We wish that he could still be here with me because he was a great doctor and he always kept me and brad happy. Every time we would visit him he would give bradley money and me too. We know he'll always be with us no matter what.

I worked with Dr. Yakacki in Peds at Memorial, he was a great friend and Doctor. We would share cooking recipes. When my two sons had strep and gave it to me he treated all three of us. I will miss him but know he is at peace

R.I.P. Dr. Yakacki... Thank you for taking care of my daughter Mabrey in her early childhood. Love and service is obviously the code you lived by as the many testimonials in your guest book will attest to. My sympathies to your family.

Our family met Dave during our too few years in New Freedom. The first time my wife came home after meeting him, she constantly talked about how friendly and nice he was. She said he genuinely cared and listened to people. These qualities are what drew people to Dave.

My daughter, Tish, was very excited after meeting Dr. Yakacki and knowing he would be our grandson Cameron's pediatrician. When Mabrey was born, we knew she would also be in caring, capable hands. Dave was there...

I met Dr.Dave through my husband. Dr.Dave was my husband's uncle. For the last 15 years I have spent nearly every holiday at Aunt Linda and Dr.Dave's for dinner. Dr.Dave made me feel right at home from the very first time we met. Dr.Dave was always there for my family. I would call and ask medical advice for our son and he would be there for us.
