I am sorry I have only gotten around to writing this now. I just wanted to let you know that since your passing, I have made a better effort to keep in touch with those who were part of the ISA family. I am glad we got each other, especially during the hectic trip to Zacatecas sophomore year. You were obviously missed a lot, and I regret that I did not get to say goodbye. I hope this will make for it.

Dear Yasin Family. We were deeply saddened to hear of your terrible loss. I remember David well from his early Boy Scout days, I have great memories of a canoe trip to horshoe bend. David was at the rear of my canoe,it was his first and we weren't moving so I looked back and he was paddling backwards. I told him to watch me and soon we were on our way.
