Not sure what to say?

Dear Pat and family, i was sorry to hear of dave's passing. i remember dave and me riding in his 1950 ford and being the basis for the "fonzi" character on happy days. when i saw dave at the last reunuion it was as if we hadn't seen each other in 2 weeks. it's cool when friends can reconnect after all the years as quickly as we did. i didn't enjoy him beating me in golf, but i'll be fine. i hope you remember and cherish the good times as i will. take care of yourself and your...

Dear Pat: I received notice about Dave from Charlie Patton. I wish I had sufficient command of language to arrange words of comfort. Please know that you and Dave have been with me daily, and I wish you and your family the companionship of each other and the warmth of your memories. Best always, Daryl Brewer

Pat,
I was saddened to hear about Dave's passing. As you know, we went back 56 years and shared many memories from early childhood through high school. Pat,
David was especially important to me. It was he who suggested to my Grandmother the path I should take at a critical period in my life and my life has continually grown better ever since. I am glad that I had the opportunity to correspond with him before his passing to thank him and to see how he was doing. I am so very sorry for your immeasurable loss and the loss to many around him. I remember his presence seemed to always command a room and he always had a smile on his...
