Davon was a wonderful co-worker. He was kind, diligent, and loved to have fun with his department. His death still hurts but I know he is shining down on us from heaven.

Davon will be greatly missed by all who knew him and will be a blessing to all who are now surrounded by him. He was a great friend and wonderful person to get the opportunity to know. My condolences to all of the Cruz family and friends.

I think about you often and the lives that you touched. We did not know how God was already using you to do his work. Many looked up to you and loved to be around you. I pray that your death will only bring us closer to God. We must each continue to live the life that is pleasing to God and continue to let people know that Jesus saves and there is hope for tommorrow. The love of God and family will see us through this difficult time. I miss you much love Aunt Carol.

I would like to express my most sincere sympathy for Davon's family and friends; Davon was a fantastic co-worker! He was always willing to assist and walk me through a question/issue I had. I came to relay on him as I knew he would find the problem and get the solution. I am deeply saddened by the news of his passing. Davon would often say to me, “Hey, today is what you make of it- so make it a good day, and I will! You all will be in my thoughts and prayers. Sharon

Mrs Cruz,
I just want to let you know how much of a blessing your son is to me. When a person is as talented as he is, you often see an ugly side to that person in the form of arrogance. This man is very different. I am honored to have met him and have seen the people that came out to show their respects yesterday. Your family is in my heart and I thank you for your gift.
