Not sure what to say?

Dear Wonderful Deana,
I just now learned of your passing and through my tears I type, recalling our brief but fun filled friendship through the Houston Orchid Society. Although I moved to Florida three years ago you were never far from my thoughts. You were truly an amazing lady with such a sense of humor and your "I can do it all" attitude was so inspiring. Having you and CL participate in our wedding with Father Ted at the chapel at St. Thomas was a privilege and made Gerry and me...

Thanks for the adventures, experiences and lessons. Rest at thy fathers feet.

Deana you will be missed. I enjoyed working with you at KLM. God bless and may you rest in peace.

Deana, family and friends,

You come across people in your life that you meet, get to know, share some stories and a few meals and they are woven into your life. Deana is one of those people. Her spirit, her laugh, her determination are just a few of the things I remember most. I learned about the "evil eye", how to deal with customers in the travel world. I now prayer for Rachel and her sweet child and her other "children" she has left to finish what she has started. Deana I will...

Ah, Cardini! You just couldn't live without C. L. You were determined to join him. You were truly a delight to be with. Our trip to MEX to have an original Ceasar salad in Caesar Cardini's rentaurant. The trip to San Simeon to see your uncle's magnificent sculptures. Deanna, your friends and family will miss you but your infectous laugh will forever make me smile. Lady, you are missed already!

A little person with a great big personality. What an accomplished life she led.
Marilyn Appelt Beasley EAL 1963-1977

I first met Deana in 1968 when she worked at EAL and I started at KLM. She has been an inspiration to all. We pray for Deana, CL and now particularly Rachel, her daughter and Buck, her grandson that they live on with Deana and CL's guidance and love.

To the family of Deana Roberts:
