Dr. Debi P. Mukherjee

Wonderful and friendly gentleman. Often met him family in Brookfield, Connecticut at my brother Iqbal's home.

After over a year, I just found out about Debida's passing. He was such a kind and caring person helping the newly arrived foreign students. I was one of them and had the good fortune of knowing him. I will never forget how he and his wife used to give me rides to grocery stores and take me to their home during weekends for dinner. Those little things were very big and meaningful to new foreign students like me. I know he has a very special place in heaven. Rest in peace, Debida.

Dr. Mukherjee was a kind and caring person to family and friends. He will be truly missed. As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Debi Mukherjee was truly a man of distinction. Devout to his Hindu faith, his wife, children, family, and friends. He brought light and joy to so many of his colleagues at LSU. He will be truly missed by us all but his spirit will remain in all of our hearts.

Dr. Mukherjee was a very kind and special person to all of us. May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.
