I'm glad that I was able to talk to Debbie on the phone in the past months. She talked about her siblings and her mom; about how much her photo collection meant to her, and how she enjoyed the reunion photos I sent her. She and her cousin, John Thane, are the only ones who remembered the pigs in Puyallup. She talked about the surprise visit she got from the Hansen Clan after the big reunion. Although our paths didn't cross many times since we were kids, it was always a highlight when they did. I am so glad we had a small piece of time to meet once again not long ago. Your smile still shines in my memory and your laugh echoes still in my ears. I will miss you always and think of you often with much love in my heart. Rest well Debbie.

Dear sweet Debbie, I will always remember our families getting together when we were all so young...all those kids! The fun we had, singing at that old player piano. I am so thankful I had the opportunity to see you again this year after so many years. You still had that sparkle in your eyes, even though you were sick.
