Deborah Hayes Obituary

Deborah "Debbie" Hayes went to be with our Lord at 10:16 PM, Wednesday, December the 10th, 2014. She spent her last days surrounded by loved ones, celebrating the memories made and shared with those who loved her. She is survived by her four children Joshua Kissner, Ryan Hayes, Jeremiah Hayes, and Shanna Hayes-Van Lare, along with five beautiful grandchildren (Isaac, Jacob, David, Bradlee and Eliana). In lieu of gifts or flowers, donations to the Whatcom Hospice House for their tremendous support would be appreciated.

Love and Light to the Tuckers. Debbie had the most AWESOME taste in music! I was only a baby Bonnie when I knew her, but I DO remember that about her. She was groovy cool.

I'm glad that I was able to talk to Debbie on the phone in the past months. She talked about her siblings and her mom; about how much her photo collection meant to her, and how she enjoyed the reunion photos I sent her. She and her cousin, John Thane, are the only ones who remembered the pigs in Puyallup. She talked about the surprise visit she got from the Hansen Clan after the big reunion. She still had her sense of humor. I'm grateful for the talks I had with her. You are remembered with love, Debbie. Rest in Peace Dear Niece, Aunt Judy.

Although our paths didn't cross many times since we were kids, it was always a highlight when they did. I am so glad we had a small piece of time to meet once again not long ago. Your smile still shines in my memory and your laugh echoes still in my ears. I will miss you always and think of you often with much love in my heart. Rest well Debbie.

Dear sweet Debbie, I will always remember our families getting together when we were all so young...all those kids! The fun we had, singing at that old player piano. I am so thankful I had the opportunity to see you again this year after so many years. You still had that sparkle in your eyes, even though you were sick. May you rest peacefully, without pain or suffering....please hug your mom, Freddie, Mike, Laurie and Skip for me, they are waiting for you. Love you,
