Not sure what to say?

I would like to thank everyone who posted. It's hard to believe Debi's be gone for a year. If you are like me you often read these caring and thoughtful messages. The words define the impact Debi had in people's lives. She was definitely loved by many. For me there's definitely still a void. It will never go away. You just learn to live with it. Charles, thanks for sharing about Debi's childhood. She spoke of her childhood fondly. Charles if you would like to talk feel free to call me on my...

Debi and her critters

We shared a wonderful childhood growing up and living together in the Bronx. We were very close like sister and brother. I have so many fond memories from those years. When I moved away in 1968 I was heart broken that we wouldn't see each other. We lost touch for almost 20 years after that but got re-acquainted just before our uncle passed away in 1998. Then lost touch again for another 20 years. It came as a total shock when I was informed of her passing. May you rest in peace my dear...

Dear Fred - Just read this and what a tribute to Debi you wrote. I know your heart is broken and I will be praying for healing and comfort. xoxo Betsy

I knew Debi while I was with McGraw-Hill. I was ALWAYS pleased to make time for her regardless of my schedule. I've never met a more unassuming breath of fresh air and beam of sunshine. She just lit the day in what appeared to be an effortless endeavor.

I knew Debi from my days at McGraw-Hill. It was always a good day when Debi came to the office. She was always so friendly and a joy to be around. Her passion for life was infectious.

What a beautiful tribute to a bright and beautiful woman. Debi was a gem, both personally and professionally, and I--like all who knew her--will miss her happy spirit. My deepest sympathy to you, Fred.

Sorry to hear the loss. Debi was a dear colleague at Aptara and I had an inspiring innings with her. Condolences to the bereaved family. God rest her soul in peace!

What a beautiful legacy she left. Your words were a beautiful tribute to her. Fred, I never had a chance to meet you but I feel like I know you. I had the pleasure of doing Debi's hair for awhile. I loved when she wold come in. We always had so much to catch up on. We shared a lot of personal stories and enjoyed each others company. You were the love of her life. She spoke of you with so much love. You two had a beautiful relationship. I'm so happy to have been a small part of her life. She...
