SHRIBER, Deena G. (Gordon) Age 82, of Lexington, passed away on Monday, May 30, 2022. Deena was born on December 26, 1939 in Boston, the daughter of the late Eli and Bertha Gordon. Beloved wife of the late Sherman P. Shriber. Loving mother of Mia Shriber, Yale Shriber, Noah Shriber & his wife, Nina Avrith. Cherished grandmother to Evan and Todd Shriber. Dear sister to Michael Gordon. Deena graduated from Newton High School and went on to obtain her masters degree in social work from Simmons College in Boston. She was married to the love of her life, Sherman Shriber for 48 years and they raised their family in Lexington. Deena took great pride in her children and especially her two grandchildren. She spent many years caring for her beloved husband Sherman. Deena was known for her bold and confident sense of style and home decor and always had a great love of fashion. She worked for many years as a sales associate at Henri Bendel and Saks Fifth Avenue. She loved traveling and spending time with friends and family and was known for throwing lavish parties. Deena lived her life fully but struggled the last several years with dementia. Deena will be deeply missed by her family and those who had the privilege to know her. Graveside services on Thursday, June 2 at 10:30 am at Westview Cemetery, 520 Bedford Street, Lexington, MA.
