Denise Elizabeth Sproul

As I saw this I remembered how sad I was when I heard the news. Denise was a kind spirit and she left so many loved ones behind. May God bless and continue to comfort the family.

Dear R.C. Jr. and Family,
We just found out about the passing into glory of your dear wife. You may remember that some years ago you spoke for Free Reformed youth at Camp Selkirk, Ontario, Canada, and we "shuttled" you back and forth to Toronto airport and the campsite.

We are saddened for you, your children, your parents, whom we got to know by attending many Ligonier Conferences in Florida, where we met you and your beautiful godly wife and your children.

To R.C. and family. I send my deepest sympathy to you. So very sorry to hear how the enemy death had taken a dear servant. May the Lord strengthen you and may the presence of the Holy Spirit surround you and comfort you all. ... We look forward to that great day when all those who are in the grave shall hear his voice and come forth (John 5:28-29 and John 6:39-40) to life eternal. We look forward to the return of our Blessed Hope who raises the dead.

I am saddened to hear of the loss of Mr. Sproul Jr.'s wife and companion. I am sad for the children for the loss of their mother. I am praying for your strength and comfort and for a joyful reunion one day in the presence of Jesus.

We just heard about the home going of Mrs. Sproul. We heard her husband speak several times at the Florida conferences that R.C. Sproul has. We are sad, and we are praying for Mr. Sproul Jr. and his family. Psalm 23

When we were in your home many years ago for Family Camp, you made a lasting impression on us and the short time that we spent with you was life-changing. Our prayers are with you and the children as you mourn and consider the days ahead. God is faithful to sustain you, but we will mourn with you the loss of such a faithful, godly woman.

I met Mrs. Sproul when she became a patient, and when I met her she told me her story. Mrs. Sproul is a remarkable woman and a loving person. She loved her family. I remember the last time she was here at the office I could tell how she was feeling, so we cried, talked and prayed together.
