Dear R.C. Jr. and Family,
We just found out about the passing into glory of your dear wife. You may remember that some years ago you spoke for Free Reformed youth at Camp Selkirk, Ontario, Canada, and we "shuttled" you back and forth to Toronto airport and the campsite.
We are saddened for you, your children, your parents, whom we got to know by attending many Ligonier Conferences in Florida, where we met you and your beautiful godly wife and your children.

P.S. A few weeks go we signed up for the March Conference in Orlando. We hope the Lord will give you the fortitude to be there and experience the communion and sympathy of "the saints" in your grief.

To R.C. and family. I send my deepest sympathy to you. So very sorry to hear how the enemy death had taken a dear servant. May the Lord strengthen you and may the presence of the Holy Spirit surround you and comfort you all. ... We look forward to that great day when all those who are in the grave shall hear his voice and come forth (John 5:28-29 and John 6:39-40) to life eternal. We look forward to the return of our Blessed Hope who raises the dead.

When we were in your home many years ago for Family Camp, you made a lasting impression on us and the short time that we spent with you was life-changing. I met Mrs. Sproul when she became a patient, and when I met her she told me her story. Mrs. Sproul is a remarkable woman and a loving person. She loved her family. I remember the last time she was here at the office I could tell how she was feeling, so we cried, talked and prayed together.
