Not sure what to say?

I think of Dennis often. I enjoyed working with him. He was a great guy, and surely missed.

To Dennis' Family,

I was lucky enough to of met Dennis this summer while visiting my dad and brother at Boy Scout Camp. He was the epitome of a gentleman and a true model of what the Boy Scouts represent. While being stuck up there due to a storm, Dennis sat with my mother and me and ensured we were taken care of while still calmly and efficiently taking control of the situation. He was a wonderful person and I am so sorry for your loss, and the world's loss of such a kind and devoted...

You were the best cousin and we are certainly going to miss you.

I had just recently heard the news of Dennis taking over the "109 Reins" and I remember thinking PERFECT. Who better to represent "our generation" and bridge the gap to the next. Even though we hadn't see each other for many years, his impression on me was a lasting one. As my grandfather liked to say, he was a gentleman and a scholar, and his passing is one for which even us scouts could never truly, BE PREPARED.

To The Cruz Family...Dennis will be missed by all. He was best DJ and Friend anyone could ask for. The Straughn Family has you all in their prayers.

My most humble sympathies to the Cruz family and all friends and relatives of Dennis.

I had the pleasure of growing up in Troop 109 with Dennis already being a leader. He was a constant figure in that Troop beside the other great men that helped to shape myself and so many other young men into the great people they are today.

I cannot express my complete sorrow over hearing of Dennis being taken from us. Dennis touched so many lives in Troop 109 and in so many other places...

A remarkable young man. I was impressed by his caring nature, talents, professional attitude and how focus he was on reaching his goals and caring for people.

Hard working young man, with a passion for music and work.
He was very concerned about his mother and brother and always included them in any plan.
I was his financial planner. I am honored to have known him.

I think and pray for him and his loving family.
